Compatible with standard bins: 120L, 240L, 660L, etc.
Smooth and quiet hydraulic lifting with anti-drop mechanism and limit switches.
No manual lifting required – significantly reduces labor intensity.
2. Hot Water Heating System
Integrated high-power heater raises water temperature to 60°C–85°C.
Hot water effectively removes grease, sugar residues, stubborn dirt, and bacterial biofilm.
Works ideally with eco-friendly detergents for superior deodorizing and degreasing.
3. 3D Rotating Nozzle for High-Pressure Cleaning
Simultaneous 360° horizontal rotation and 0–120° vertical oscillation ensures full coverage inside the bin and lid.
Operating pressure: 150–200 bar; flow rate: 30–50 L/min.
Wear-resistant stainless steel nozzles with adjustable spray pattern (fan / jet).
4. Fully Automatic PLC Control
One-button operation: lifting → lid closing → high-pressure hot water cleaning → draining → reset.
Cleaning time, water temperature, rotation speed, and other parameters are adjustable.
5. Wastewater Recycling System (Optional)
Optional sedimentation tank or filtration circulation system minimizes water consumption and pollution.
