The cleaning actuator is a 3D rotating spray head, enabling 360° omnidirectional cleaning.
The control system adopts PLC frequency conversion, allowing real-time control, protection, and sensing of each operational stage.
The hot water heating unit features a 60kW electric heating box, maintaining a constant 60°C output temperature for prolonged operation.
The pump station has a flow rate of 50L/min, a rated pressure of 160 bar (16 MPa), and a single-unit power of 15kW.
The entire system is equipped with one centralized control cabinet.
