Working Principle & Core Technology
This automatic line operates through a synergistic mechanism of intermittent conveying and positioning:
Auto Feeding & Positioning: Plates are transported via conveyor belt to the cleaning station, where high-precision sensors position them at the optimal angle.
Dynamic High-Pressure Washing: The system utilizes movable nozzles that combine rotary dynamic flushing with fixed static flushing. For corrugated plates, nozzles track the groove path to eliminate dead zones.
Automatic Turnover: An integrated turnover mechanism uses a rotary disc and clamping components to flip the plate 180°, enabling double-side cleaning without manual intervention.
Wiping & Drying: The final stage includes sponge wipers and squeeze rollers to physically remove residue, ensuring a pristine surface.
