How does a high pressure water jet reactor cleaning system work?

The kinetic energy of high-pressure water jets is used to smash the hard dirt on the inner wall of the reactor and the surface of the agitator, thereby stripping and removing it. The three-dimensional automatic rotating sprinkler expansion mechanism is installed on the reactor inlet hole, and the expansion rod extends into the reactor. The expansion mechanism can be controlled manually, electrically, and hydraulically, allowing the expansion rod to expand and move in the reactor and around the inner wall of the reactor. During movement, the expansion rod can avoid obstacles in the reactor. According to the actual situation, a three-dimensional automatic rotating nozzle can be selected. When the three-dimensional automatic rotating nozzle rotates horizontally, the rotating torque formed by the water jet drives the nozzle to rotate in the vertical plane.
