High-pressure water dephosphorization uses a high-pressure pump to increase the water pressure, and then sprays a fan-shaped high-pressure water flow from the nozzle to impact the high-temperature steel billet. The high-pressure water first cools the steel billet quickly to crack the surface oxide scale, and then uses the impact force generated by the high-pressure water to remove the oxide scale on the surface of the steel billet, so that the surface quality of the steel billet reaches a preliminary effect.
